Kat Smith

Kat began her career in the energy industry in 2019 and came to 5 from BidUREnergy. In her role as a Bill Management Specialist, she provides top-tier utility management solutions. She serves as a pivotal link between our valued clients, CASS Info Systems, and utilities. She ensures smooth utility invoice management and resolves a wide range of issues, some of which include negotiating late fee waivers, opening and closing utility accounts, and avoiding service interruptions. Kat cultivates strong relationships with clients and is dedicated to resolving issues that may occur to minimize interruptions and guarantee customer needs are met. 

Kat holds a degree from Niagara University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Minor in Marketing.

A fun fact about Kat is that she worked on the side at a professional haunted house for 13 years. Frightworld was featured on the Travel Channel where you can see her scaring people in costume.
