Caroline Fuller

Caroline Fuller's career in the energy industry began when she was a summer intern at 5 before her senior year in college. As an intern, her role was to serve as a member of 5’s operations team, aka the Pit Crew, where she processed pricing requests and interacted with 5’s energy advisors and supply partners. Her aptitude for juggling multiple priorities and working well under pressure led her to join 5 in a full-time position after she graduated.

Today, Caroline is one of the most experienced and critical members of the Pit Crew. She serves as a pivotal link between 5’s energy advisors and our retail supply partners and is involved in everything from pricing and product structuring to resolving client service issues. She has the unique ability to work with speed and precision while also delivering top-quality service to both internal and external customers. Her knowledge and experience with multiple energy markets and utility service territories make her a vital part of 5.

Caroline has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Texas Tech University. She lives in Fort Worth, Texas with her significant other, Martin, and her significant canine, Sam. Outside of work, Caroline volunteers for Make-a-Wish as a wish granter for children with life-threatening illnesses.
