Ryan J. S. Baxter

Ryan started working with 5 in August of 2021 as a consultant and has now joined the team as a Carbon Strategist. Ryan helps real estate companies improve their energy decisions and make their ESG goals more actionable. His goal is to save real estate time and headache in exploring and addressing their carbon emissions. We’re excited to have Ryan’s passion for helping clients and commitment to bringing trust back to energy procurement. 
 
Ryan is a native New Yorker that's been passionate about buildings his whole life. A former lobbyist, he now catalyzes change within the built environment to fight Climate Change. Prior to joining 5, he was a PropTech Advisor to the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) and a Vice President at the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
