Tracy Hodge

Tracy Hodge joined 5 as a Senior Energy Advisor on May 2, 2024. With a career in the energy industry spanning since 2005, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. As a National Senior Energy Advisor, Tracy is responsible for helping commercial clients across North America reduce their energy expenses and risk, while enhancing their efficiency, profitability, and environmental impact. She also contributes to 5’s Positive Culture initiative.

Tracy holds a degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas. Her admiration for 5’s growth and positive industry impact motivated her to join the company. Tracy believes in the importance of providing education and solutions to customers in a constantly evolving industry, finding the consulting role both exciting and satisfying.

Coming from a military family, Tracy moved around frequently during her childhood, an experience that helped shape her into the person she is today. She loves the beach and enjoys spending time with her husband and two amazing daughters.
