Maggie Connally is the glue behind many of the cultural and operational successes at 5. Maggie first joined the organization in 2017 as an Executive Assistant, a role in which she helped with on-boarding new sales partners and employees, planning and execution of 5’s highly regarded team events, and overall office management at the company’s headquarters.
Over time Maggie’s impact broadened to include support of 5’s back-office, the Pit Crew, with pricing and commission allocations. Additionally, Maggie assists the marketing and sales teams in trade show planning and organization, and client meeting coordination. Maggie influences every part of the organization and approaches each new challenge with her can-do spirit and a smile. Maggie is the most effective generalist we have ever seen, so it is no wonder that she spent her time at Texas Tech University on the general studies track.
