Having spent the majority of his career on the service side, James has developed a keen understanding of various aspects of the business.

In his role, James is dedicated to solving problems and providing support to the sales team. From handling client situations to conducting research on prospects, he plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations. Additionally, James takes charge of managing various projects around GRT and addressing potential advisor issues. He excels in handling the odds and ends that may arise, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to the team's success.
