With a degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas, Andrea embarked on this role driven by a passion for learning and growth. At 5, she is instrumental in shaping the future of the team by crafting job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing candidates, and working closely with leadership to fulfill the company's hiring needs. Her role extends beyond traditional recruitment, as she is also involved in employer branding and optimizing recruitment processes. Andrea's decision to join 5 was fueled by the unique opportunity to learn a new industry, collaborate with a team of exceptional professionals, and build a robust talent acquisition department from the ground up.
