With energy industry experience dating back to 2014, Zach Hoffman serves as the Director of Sales, West at 5. In this role, he leads a growing team of energy and sustainability advisors focused on helping commercial and industrial clients navigate an evolving energy landscape. His mission is to expand 5’s presence across the West Coast by delivering expert guidance rooted in the company’s core values: integrity, honesty, accountability, excellence, and fun.
Zach holds a B.S. in Geology from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Sustainable Business Strategy certification from Harvard. He is currently pursuing his MBA from the University of Florida and plans to graduate in 2027.
Drawn to 5’s people-first philosophy, Zach joined the team because it reflects his belief that business should be about solving problems and helping clients succeed, not just selling a product or service.
